Thank you all for your kind words. :hello: Today, after some modification cyp , I mount some brushed effect knurled knobs from Audi A1 Chorus radio onto MCD. http://www.graeme86.com/mcdnavi/chorus.JPG http://www.graeme86.com/mcdnavi/mcd_a1chorusknob.JPG Now radio knobs match the Audi mirror switch. 8)

The bulb check takes up about 30 meters...with RHD you have to run extra wires across the dash as well.

I use OEM Audi Lamp check relay "393"....and add the extra 18 wires in car! I use OEM Passat 3BG FIS cluster 3B0920849 and just reflash with OEM R32 DSG software (DSG has later EEPROM software to match this Passat EEPROM), then just enable the Lamp Check function by changing two bytes. The...

It only monitors each brake light (x3); the two rear parking lights only and each low beam Xenon. It also has facility to monitor each headlight motor. Brake lights have separate warning in dash as per video. A malfunction of the other lights or the headlight motor with trigger the "Light"...

I install Canadian BMW DRL relay, so high beam works with reduced output as DRL (~30%)

Just have to re-arrange some of the wiring under the dash to run high beams through the new relay. ;)
