OEM Skoda Superb part - only fits large (175mm) mirrors...we have big mirror standard in Australia. :(

You have smaller 150mm mirrors in Europe on R32 8)

That's why I added folding mirrors...they stick out a long way! :D

+1, moi je cherchais un bouton "sport" illuminé en rouge, mais dur à trouver.
Le "FS" est joli, mais ca me parle pas beaucoup... (flapper switch oui, mais Sport ca serait plus sympa).

En tout cas belle R32, il y a de la modif, j'aime!
Sauf le carbone, trop tuning touch à mon goût!

Je voulais que le commutateur de "FUNK", mais n'est plus disponible.:(

BMW Z4 a "Sport" switch avec LED - même taille que allume-cigare. Je voulais garder prise de courant pour ma torche Touareg :wink:

J'ai mis sur l'effet de carbone, car le toucher "soft" peeling à la chaleur! :evil:

My best mod is the flapper switch in console ("FS" button). 8)

Flapper works normally, but if you press the button it keeps exhaust flapper open (loud). Press again, and the flap goes back to stock operation. If you switch off car with flapper open, it will revert to stock setup for next time. There is also a yellow telltale LED in button that lights up when you have selected flapper "open" mode.

Footlights come on when door is open and go off when door is closed ( like interior light). If you press switch in console, the footlights will stay on as long as you wish (yellow telltale LED in button also lights up). They will turn off after one hour if you accidently leave them on too. 8)

I saw on tdiclub you succeeded to install light under rear view mirror. I wish do this modification on next August, so, I will may ask you some questions.

I have Golf 5 footlight too. They come on when door is open and go off when door is closed, etc, like you, but I haven't swith to keep control.
I would like to buy the part number 1J0 959 561 golf 4 switch, and put it under my steering wheel, next MFD:

But this switch for light is not available as GAS and FUNK bouton :(

Your switch is a good Idea, but I can't put under steering wheel.

Do you have the part number of your footlignt switch ? Is it a skoda version ?

I can't help thinking that your are the only one riding a Golf IV R32 in Brisbane.... I went to Brisbane there is 2 years ago and it was dificult to catch a german car in the street.
