System is already programmed into VW cluster. Just need soldered components to complete circuit. Then some EEPROM changes to activate functionality. Also need to modify clock knob so you can also press it in (this then allows the system to be switched on/off) In Europe you can use the original aerial as well to receive the DCF77 signal Perhaps arduino module could work if set up correctly to receive the 5V signal from the cluster and transmit the DCF77 data back to cluster. You still need to add the circuitry and alter EEPROM and clock knob...so may as well just add the factory aerial and have the full setup. I will send all information to Kalini for tuto in French
